There are ample opportunities to shrimp while driving the Creole Nature Trail All-American Road, just bring a cast net and a five-gallon bucket, along with your fishing license. Stop by the side of a small bayou, cast your net and gather it in. If the shrimp are "running," you'll fill your bucket in no time. And if you prefer to pay for your catch, fresh shrimp can be purchased at several stores along the trail.
